Applications: MOLSUL® SCS is a finely powdered, high-purity form of elemental sulphur used mainly as an active ingredient in topical dermatological formulations. It includes creams, ointments, lotions, gels, suspensions and medicated soaps. It is commonly used in formulations for acne, seborrhoeic dermatitis and superficial fungal infections. It has keratolytic properties, helping remove dead skin cells and excess keratin from the skin.
